Dance

Zumba® is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba® is a fitness program that combines Latin and international rhythms of the world from fast to slow-paced songs. This is great for all fitness levels.

STRONG Nation

HIIT

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every move. Though it is a HIIT format, modifications and progressions will be shown for every level along with the base moves. 

Cardio Dance

Dance

Cardio Dance has all the same benefits as Zumba®. This class gives you a mix of modern dance styles choreographed to top-charting songs. This workout is designed for fun and great for all fitness levels.

Why Non-Bungee Classes? 

You will often hear the instructors at Launch refer to any non-bungee class as a "Land Class."

 

We highly recommend these classes for their effectiveness in a shorter amount of class time. These formats will range from 30-45 mins. Adding variety to your workout routine will keep things fun, especially for those want to do more than one type of fitness. We will be adding more types of classes along the way.

 

We currently only hold non-bungee classes Friday evenings once a month for FREE.
