Intro to Level 2
This skill sets class is designed to help you successfully transition into our level 2 class. We will teach you footwork, advanced skill sets and fly combinations while still providing a great cardio workout.
Intro to Level 3
This skill sets class is designed to help you successfully transition into our level 3 class. We will teach you advanced footwork, advanced skill sets and fly combinations that you'll be doing in a Level 3 class.
Intro to bungee
This skillsets class will teach you the fundamentals of bungee fitness. This gives participants an opportunity to familiarize themselves with their harness and build confidence executing the basic level 1 skills. This class is required to take before Lift Off for those who've never taken a bungee fitness class.
You will have fun implementing the skillsets you learned from Intro into Lift Off level 1. Instructors will preview the sequences before putting them to a routine. This class is required before moving on to level 2 skillsets. We recommend taking three classes at this level prior to moving up.
There will be less stopping, more moving, and more sweating. Instructors will preview the sequences before putting them to a routine. You will be more comfortable at this stage as you start to defly gravity.
After you've mastered all of the level 2 skillsets, you're ready to advance to level 3. Expect a fast-paced workout with constant routines and little stopping. By this stage, you are working at peak velocity!
Afterburn Coming soon
Afterburn is a bungee HIIT class. It is a combination of cardio and strength training, totaling 60 minutes. You will be in and out of the bungees and using weights. Expect a full body workout. Participants must be able to achieve Level 1 skillsets confidently before registering for this class. If you have never taken bungee before you cannot take this class until you've taken Pre-Launch and Level 1. NO EXCEPTIONS.
