We provide a variety of bungee classes that range in level, skill, and style. Read the descriptions to figure out which class to take first. Our non-bungee classes are offered on the first Friday of every month for free.

BUNGEE FITNESS

Bungee Restrictions:

  • 90 - 240 lbs

  • Must not be pregnant

  • No recent surgeries

  • Must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Ages 13-17 need a parent/guardian present and signed waiver

  • No Spectators (Unless it's a private group, You cannot bring someone to sit and watch class)

Bungee Foundations 

(beginner)

New to bungee? This is where you start. Everyone is required to take this class first, regardless of fitness level. This 60-minute session is your introduction to bungee fitness. You will spend time getting comfortable in your harness, learning bungee terminology, and the fundamental skill sets used in all bungee classes. This session will not be a full bungee workout. This is a teaching course designed to prepare you for the intermediate bungee classes.

Accelerate

(intermediate)

Practice what you learned from Foundations in this accelerated version of it! We move from song to song without stopping to breakdown each movement. After the main portion of the class is complete, you will spend the last 25 minutes learning new skills to apply in Intermediate classes and sometimes even Advanced depending on the class! This is a great class to improve footwork, learn new moves, and build endurance!

Bungee Rhythm & Tone

(intermediate)

In this cardio based toning class, we use light weights and resistant bands combined with repetitive movements to help you tighten and tone muscles all while moving to the beat! We use beginner bungee skills in this music driven choreographed class. Great for people who love music driven exercise and want to tone up!

Offered periodically.

This is a 50-minute class that is required to take a couple of times or when an instructor gives you the thumbs up to move into our Advanced Bungee class, Peak Velocity. You will learn fun new combos and advanced skills. This is not a fast-paced class. You will burn calories, but the focus is to advance your technique and footwork. We also teach skillsets at the end of Accelerate, where you may be cleared by your instructor to move on to the Advanced class from there.

Ready to show off everything you've learned? By now, you should feel confident in intermediate classes and be well-versed in the advanced skills. By no means do we expect you to be a master when entering Advanced, but you should feel comfortable in all the classes before it, and know how to modify a skill when needed. This is a nonstop, high-energy, high-flying, and thrilling dance-based bungee workout.
