Bungee Fitness
Bungee Fitness combines traditional cardio and plyometrics with dance fitness and resistance training. Bungee is challenging, fun, and full of benefits. Learn more and book a class.

Aerial Yoga & Aerial Pilates
Aerial classes utilize silk hammocks for restoration, stretching, strengthening, and more. Everyone loves combining these classes with their bungee workouts. Learn more about the different classes, benefits, and book a class!

Body Sculpt, Dance & Step
Our non-bungee and non-aerial classes consist of Body Sculpt, Step, and Cardio Dance. Body Sculpt is offered 3 times a week, and Step and Cardio Dance, as well as other formats, rotate on Fridays Our members love these fun, traditional fitness formats.

Private Group Classes
Private Group Classes must be booked by emailing or messaging us on Facebook. Pending availability, we schedule privates on weekend afternoons/evenings. For Bungee, we can have up to 12 people, and for Aerial, we can have up to 7 people.
