My First Class
New clients must use their first pass to book a Beginner Bungee Try It Class, offered on Saturday mornings. Beginner Bungee is designed to give you a fun, effective workout while teaching you the basics of bungee. The class pace is a teach/go style, so that those who haven't exercised in a while, those who are looking for a new form of cardio, or those who are just trying it because it looked cool online, all walk away with the same foundations and instagram-worthy memories.

My Second Class
While Bungee is as fun and exhilarating as it looks, it is not as easy as it looks. You may have discovered this in your first class; however, you don't have to master the basics to sign up for an intermediate class. Our intermediate bungee classes range from toning + cardio, strength + cardio, and learning + cardio. We give you all the info in your first class to help you choose where you should go next. You can also use your second pass on any other class we offer: Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Body Sculpt, or Cardio Dance Step.​
