We provide a variety of bungee classes that range in level, skill, and style. Read the descriptions to figure out which class to take first. Our non-bungee classes are offered on the first Friday of every month for free.
Classes that take your heart rate to the moon

To avoid frustration or potential injury, you should take the classes in this order: Level 1, Accelerate, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4. Bungee Rhythm and Tone and Afterburn can be attended once you've taken Level 1 classes. Weight Limit for bungee classes: 90-240 lbs
This is your first class! You will be learning the bungee basics and applying them to 5-6 choreographed routines. The structure of this class is 60% learning, 40% doing. You should take Level 1 until you feel comfortable with the harness, movements and terminology. We recommend you take this class 1-3 times or until you feel comfortable with all of the following skillsets:​ Squats Knee Fly Jumping Jacks/Jog Step Tap/Jog 360 Cross Over Burpee Seven Fly*
Accelerate your heart rate in this level 1-2 based, steady cardio bungee class. There will be little teaching in this format during the level 1 portion. We will incorporate Level 1 skills from song to song without pausing to. The second half of class we'll be learning level 2 skillsets. This a great class for beginners wanting to gain more experience before moving to level 3. ​Skillsets you need to know include: Knee Fly Burpee Jog 360 Jumping Jacks Cross Over Seven Fly
This class will cover more advanced flying techniques and stationary flies and apply them to 7-8 choreographed routines including level 4 skillsets practice and one toning song at the end. The structure of this class is 10% teaching, 90% doing, making it a great level to stay at. The following skillsets include: ​​All Level 1 and 2 skills Supermans (Hover or Pike) Push Fly Tuck, Star, C jump, Stag (puddle jumps) Needle Seven Switch Swoop and Switch Burpee 180 Plunge-Bucket Burpee Swivel
This class is our most advanced and all about quick thinking. Besides water breaks in between songs, we won't be teaching you how to execute movements, only listing the fly combos before we start the song. This allows us to get in up to 9-11 routines including 2 toning songs. The structure of this class is 100% doing. This is a fast-paced, high flying, calorie blasting class.To avoid frustration and potential injury do NOT take this class if you are not familiar with all Launch Bungee skills.
This format is all about improving muscle tone and cardiovascular health all to the beat of fun music using medium-light weights and resistance bands. This is perfect for anyone who has loves music, repetition, and has completed a level 1 class.
This is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class in the bungees. You'll enjoy the high intensity and strength and endurance focus. This class goes in intervals with a timer and is NOT choreographed, which is perfect for those who are not interested in dance based classes. This is a full body workout that applies weights throughout and a core portion at the end. We recommend being comfortable with Level 1 skillsets before signing up for this class.
Non-Bungee Classes you may see on the schedule are Body Sculpt, Zumba, Cardio Dance, Circl Mobility, STRONG Nation, and more! Besides Body Sculpt, we do not offer these regularly but will seasonally. Follow us on all socials to stay updated!
Whether it's team building, a birthday party, a bachelorette party, or just because, we're here to give you and your group the best time. We will take new groups through a level 1 class and then do some extra fun skillsets. Private classes are also great for current clients looking for practice. We can tailor the class as you need.
